Passengers must: Follow local laws Avoid abusive behavior Not damage vehicles Not carry prohibited or illegal items Failure to comply may result in service refusal without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByCab India shall not be liable for: Indirect or consequential damages Missed flights, trains, or appointments Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control Loss of personal belongings left in vehicles
